Lesli was great great with our kids, the reason why I'm giving her a 3 star is because we had prearranged a commitment to several months and she called one day that she would not show up the next day. I requested for her to sign the FSA paperwork confirming that she had received cash payment for the work, but she demanded a letter of recommendation first, so we sent her one but still refused to sign the form because she said her name was misspelled, I asked to manually change it and send the form back but I never received it. Parents beware... difficult to work with.
