Experienced with support for medically fragile, neurological and developmental challenges, ADHD/ADD, depression/anxiety, Autism, dementia/Alzheimer's. Experience with planning, communicating and structuring schedules, calendars and routines that include prioritizing community connections whenever possible. Collaborations with nursing staff and care teams as needed to support client needs that complement customized care needs. Experienced and efficient with cleaning and organizing at all levels of need. Open to shopping, light cooking or reheating meals as requested. Have a reliable vehicle that is an average height to make it easy to get in and out of and has plenty if room for special equipment as needed. Rates are negotiable based on special circumstances or needs.
