About Leslie

Leslie and her sister Jessica started working with us in early January, and I honestly don't know what we did without them. From the very beginning, Leslie was incredibly responsive and professional. We had a lovely phone interview, and then both sisters came for the initial cleaning. They split their work between different households, which works perfectly for their system. I want to address something upfront: Jessica primarily speaks Spanish, while I speak absolutely no Spanish. This has never been an issue for us. We use the Phone's real-time Translate app when we need to communicate in person, and texting is seamless with the built-in translation feature. Apparently some people don't hire Jessica because of the language difference, which breaks my heart - they're missing out on the most incredible housekeeper we've ever had. Jessica is a force of nature. She's hardworking, proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely sweet. My wife and I are both disabled (she has rheumatoid arthritis, I had back surgery for a herniated disc), so tasks like taking trash to the dumpster can be challenging for us. Jessica handles everything without hesitation. She takes her time with every detail and does the work of an entire cleaning team - and does it better. Her attention to detail constantly amazes us. While cleaning our master bathroom, she brought me several skincare products that had expired to ask if she should toss them. I'd never even thought to check! She cleans our cat trees, folds our laundry, helps with additional laundry when we need it, organizes our spaces, and makes countless trips up and down our apartment stairs with trash. She goes above and beyond every single week. Both Leslie and Jessica are incredibly professional with communication. If they need to adjust a cleaning date or time, they reach out early in the week. They've made it clear that any last-minute cancellation would only be due to an emergency. They've been wonderfully flexible in accommodating our needs. We are so grateful to have found them.
