About Leslie

I'd describe my personality as friendly, patient and knowledgeable. I like tutoring because I enjoy helping students become successful. It's wonderful to see my student's face light up when they start to understand what they have been learning! I started tutoring over 10 years ago, but I've been teaching for over 20 years. I have worked in an elementary setting for over 10 years. I currently work in a middle school. I have worked on curriculum for Math and English for a school district. In my spare time, I like to read, write and travel. One thing you should know about me is that I am consistent, patient and trustworthy. I will work hard and do my best to help your child learn. My skills include organization, teaching in different modalities along with teaching English and Math. I am looking for jobs that are in-person or online. I am willing to travel to the Philadelphia area as well as all of South Jersey.
