About Leslie

Hi! My name is Leslie. I have always enjoyed working with children and parents, whether it be at an afterschool center or volunteering at daycares for my college degree. I have prior experience working with children in various settings, such as volunteering at church and tutoring elementary school and middle school students. I have previously worked for a military child care program, where I cared for and taught children and youth ages 0 to 17. I would care for up to 15 children and youth at a time. I became first aid and CPR certified. This experience has equipped me with the skills necessary to handle different age groups and adapt to the unique needs and wants of each child. I am patient and understanding, which allows me to handle any situation calmly and confidently. I consider myself to be a responsible and reliable person, always showing up on time and following through with any instructions given. Feel free to reach out to me!
