Had a FaceTime interview which went well. She confirmed on a Sunday that she was available to help my elderly mom on that week's Friday. She agreed to a Zoom meeting on Tuesday to meet my mom, but pushed it out to Wednesday, then pushed it out to Thursday. When attempting to Zoom meet on Thursday, she told me she went out of town and wouldn't be back until the following Tuesday, which meant she was unable to help my mom on the Friday she initially agreed to. Never gave updates. Unreliable and has poor communication.
