Leslie has been an incredible addition to our family. She’s been with us for about a month, caring for our 7- and 9-year-old boys after school (Monday through Thursday), and she’s made an immediate impact. She is extremely dialed in, she keeps the boys on track with homework, gets them to and from sports seamlessly, and manages the after-school chaos with total ease. She runs a tight ship in the best way, and the kids really respect her while still enjoying their time with her. What stands out most is how tuned in she is. She anticipates what needs to get done, stays organized, and creates a calm, structured environment that our boys thrive in.
