About Leslie

I have over 20 years of experience in caregiving; I previously worked in law & construction. I graduated from KU in journalism/English. the KC area during college. From 2000-02, I returned to KC to take care of my parents. In 2009, I became a licensed CNA/HHA in Marin & Sonoma Counties, CA, where I had long-term & live-in clients. In 2016, I was the evening activities asst at Neuvant House in Lawrence & developed close friendships with the residents & staff. In 2017 I began working for Trinity In-home Care with up to 6 clients at a time ranging from 16 to 102. 5 yrs old. I have had long-term clients thru Trinity, care. com & in-home care agencies. I am a great conversationalist w/many interests incl literature, movies, music, exercise, geneaology & gardening. I do light housekeeping, meals, laundry, errands, personal hygiene, etc. My experience as caregiver to the elderly/handicapped has given me a purpose that I truly enjoy. Great references upon request.
