About Leslie

I do it all... teach Reading, Ela, SS , elem math, spec ed , tutor, provide senior care, house clean, and pet sit. The parents loved me because I was always available and was willing to go the extra mile for their children. I changed careers after homeschooling my older son kindergarten through grade 3. I am now a certified elementary teacher, reading specialist, and am certified in middle and high school English, Social Studies, and Special Education. I have taught preschool, elementary school, middle school and high school as well as GED over the last 20 years. I have taught in NM, NY, MD, and WV. I also spent 10 years providing senior care to the elderly age 65-94, companion, hands-on, and hospice care. I currently teach special education at a local charter school so I'm mainly available evenings during the week and weekends.
