Hello! My name is Leslie, and I'm a compassionate and dependable caregiver who enjoys helping seniors live comfortably and safely in their own homes. I provide companionship and support with daily activities while creating a calm and positive environment built on respect and trust. I assist with companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, transportation to appointments, medication reminders, and helping seniors stay active and engaged in their daily routines. I'm patient, attentive, and enjoy meaningful conversation, whether that's sharing stories, going for walks, or simply spending time together. I am also a certified yoga teacher and can incorporate gentle stretching and breathing techniques when appropriate to support mobility, relaxation, and overall well-being. I take pride in being reliable, trustworthy, and someone families can feel confident leaving their loved one with. In my spare time, I like to practice and teach yoga.
