Hi! My name is Leslie . I am an experienced home care aide/CNA. I have worked in home settings as a companion, personal care assistant and CNA. I also have experience in hospital and nursing home/assisted living environments. I have also provided care to individuals with Alzheimer's/Dementia. I have over 10 years of experience. I can help with Transportation Services and Home Care. I can also provide basic healthcare assistance such as taking blood pressure, providing medication reminders or applying prescribed ointments or changing out bandages. I also have experience with helping elderly or disabled individuals with grooming, toileting, bathing/showering, dressing, etc. I can provide light housekeeping, basic/simple meal preparation, errands, etc. I can provide references if requested. My ideal work situation would be overnight or evening shifts of 6-12 hours. However, I can also work days but would prefer day shifts of no more than 4-6 hours as I have a dog home alone.
