Leslie was consistent, professional and a truly positive presence for my three children. She listened to what I had said were the most important things to me, mostly that she engage my kids, not just 'watch' them. She would play with the kids, particularly my youngest, age four at the time, who would laugh endlessly with Leslie. She was kind and thoughtful and truly worked to get to know my kids in the time she worked with us.
