Hello! I am in my 40s and I used to care for my grandparents and my mother. Once a week, I would grocery shop, bring in the groceries, clean out the pantry, fridge, freezer, and deep freezers to make room for non-expired food. I emptied all the trash cans in the house. I tidied up the papers as mail or magazines on the counter or coffee table and went over them. We would make a list of what errands needed to be done and then go do them. Once we got back, I would do some more light cleaning as vacuuming or mopping the kitchen and bathrooms. I'd hang out with my grandparents for a bit and socialize.
