About Leslie
Experience: 20 yrs
Animals have been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember! I'm comfortable with animals big, small, furry, feathery, scaly, slimy--or anything in between. My professional experience includes a pet boarding facility, ZooTampa, SeaWorld, Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium, and Earthwatch Institute. My background includes animal care and welfare, diet preparation, and positive-reinforcement training principles. I also have countless experience caring for elderly cats and dogs and understand the extra patience, gentleness, and attention our senior companions may need. Every pet has their own personality and routine, and I'm happy to follow their lead and your instructions. Pets are family, and my goal is to keep yours safe, comfortable, cared for, and loved while you're away!
