About Leslie

It’s hard to put into words how grateful we are to have found Leslie, and how much she means to our family. Ever since Leslie started taking care of our 3 children, she has been like family to us. She has been caring for our kids for about 4 years now. She started when my oldest was 6, middle was 2, and my youngest was just a baby. She has been like a grandparent, playing with them, taking them to the park or library, bringing fun stuff to do together like tie dye t-shirts, or crafts, and snacks. She remembers each of their birthdays every year. She has helped potty train my 2 girls as well. She helps with dressing, feeding, changing diapers and all the above. She helps tidy up the house too, taking care of the kids’ dishes and crumbs and such. But her biggest contribution is how much care and attention she gives to our kids when she is with them. She puts so much energy into playing with the kids, and my kids absolutely adore her. Even now that my oldest 2 are in school full time, and don’t get to see her as often, they get so excited when they get to have a day with Leslie. My youngest is especially close to her, and sees her as a grandma and truly loves her and her family as well. We hope she will always be a part of their lives in some way, even when the kids are older. She has made a great impact on our lives and is such a good person in so many ways. She donates so much of her time and energy helping others.
