I've been caring for the elderly for over 11 years, including 10 years in assisted living and 11 years in home care. Being a caregiver is truly my passion. I love what I do and always treat my patients with compassion, respect, and empathy-just like I would want my own family to be treated. I also have experience working with children with special needs, and I find great joy in supporting each person's unique needs and helping them feel comfortable and cared for. Leslie joined a care for an individual with dementia. Due to changes in her life the clients’ cognition deteriorated significantly very quickly. Leslie was wonderful, kind, patient, and compassionate toward the client. Her skills were invaluable to the client, family and care team. Because of her willingness to be part of the care team the client received incredible care. I would highly recommend Leslie. We couldn’t have done it without her
