About Lesley

Hi! I'm Lesley, a youth program professional with several years of experience working with children and families. I previously worked as an ESL Paraeducator and spent four years as a Children's Program Coordinator at the Danbury Public Library, where I planned and led hundreds of programs for children of different ages. I'm patient, responsible, creative, and comfortable keeping children engaged through reading, games, crafts, educational activities, and age-appropriate routines. I'm also bilingual in English and Spanish. I understand how important it is for parents to feel comfortable and confident with the person caring for their children. My goal is to provide a safe, positive, and supportive environment while following each family's routines and expectations. I'd love the opportunity to connect with families looking for dependable childcare and someone who genuinely enjoys working with kids.
