Child Care Experience I have over 15 years of experience in childcare, including 2 years as a lead preschool teacher, as well as work as a teacher's assistant and assistant director. I hold a CDA (Child Development Associate) Certificate, along with CPR and First Aid certifications, and have completed advanced child development training. I am passionate about providing safe, nurturing, and engaging environments where children can thrive. My experience includes caring for children of all ages, including those with special needs, and I focus on supporting each child's individual growth and well-being.
