About Lesley

I had the pleasure of working alongside Lesley for 12 years as a paraprofessional supporting students with special needs at a high school in Minnesota. During that time, I witnessed firsthand the incredible compassion, patience, and dedication she brings to her work every day. Lesley has one of the biggest hearts of anyone I’ve worked with. She consistently goes above and beyond to help students not only learn academic skills but also gain independence and confidence in themselves. Her caring nature creates a supportive environment where students feel valued. Lesley’s strong sense of faith and passion for helping others shine through in all she does. She is deeply thoughtful, and always willing to lend a hand to both students and colleagues. She is also exceptionally diligent and detail-oriented—especially when it comes to ensuring student safety, such as managing allergies with great care and responsibility.
