About Lesley

I love connecting with kids and helping them understand and express themselves. I'd describe my personality as calm, empathetic, and supportive. I like working with kids because they are open and curious. I'm looking for a part-time job where I could help out with children. I have worked or volunteered as a tutor, babysitter, and teacher. I have a teenage daughter and love all the children in my life. In my spare time, I listen to books, sing, learn guitar, play board/card games, exercise, and try to keep up with housework. One thing you should know about me is that on rare days, lifting toddlers in and out of a car or soothing a baby by walking about may not be possible for my back. My skills include a childlike sense of fun, excellent communication, and musical/artistic interests.
