I like working with kids because they are open and curious. I'm looking for a part-time job where I could help out with children. I have worked or volunteered as a tutor, babysitter, and teacher. I have a teenage daughter and love all the children in my life. In my spare time, I listen to books, sing, learn guitar, play board/card games, exercise, and try to keep up with housework. One thing you should know about me is that on rare days, lifting toddlers in and out of a car or soothing a baby by walking about may not be possible for my back. My skills include a childlike sense of fun, excellent communication, and musical/artistic interests.

We met Lesley and unfortunately after only a test run we ended up not needing a babysitter anymore as our daughter got accepted to preschool. But I will say after only 30 minutes of her with our girls, you could see how absolutely kind, caring, and FUN she is! My girls continued to ask when she was coming back for many days after, and she was only with them for 30 minutes! I would highly recommend her for any nannying needs and if we ever need a nanny in the future, we are definitely asking her first!
