About Leshae

As a former educator, specializing in Special Ed, I've always been passionate about fostering children's growth and development. After four years of teaching, a BS in Human Development and a Masters in Education, I've decided to continue my impact by supporting families in my community in my spare time. I'm a bubbly personality that's patient, creative, friendly, and firm, yet nurturing. I believe in open and honest communication with parents, and I'm comfortable following the parents' lead in enforcing household rules and expectations. I enjoy playing board games, puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. I also enjoy arts and crafts, coloring, and crocheting. Given my experience working with children K-12, I'm comfortable caring for children of all ages. I'm confident that my experience, skills, and passion make me an excellent fit for your family.
