I am a Preschool educator who has, in 10 years+, worked in private and public educational institutions (preschool/centers) teaching children between the ages of 6 months through 6 years of age. I use various teaching methods and techniques like art, music, story telling, games (free play and organized play) to teach children basic yet very important social-emotional skills and other learning concepts that would prepare children for future academic success.

Lesedi provided care for my two daughters from January 2026-March 2026. My daughters loved her, overall Lesedi was warm and caring. Our communication was positive and consistent. Until lesedi abruptly ghosted and did not arrive on her scheduled day. We were mostly concerned about her and wanted to make sure she was okay, but we never heard from her again. I will also share this, my daughters mentioned Lesedi taking them on errands and introducing them to people without discussing it with me first. They stated that she would have long phone called while she was supposed to be caring for them. Lesedi also failed to return a sentimental and important family book after borrowing it. I offered to pay for postage or to pick it up, but she never responded. Her unprofessional departure was difficult for my children, particularly because she repeatedly told them she would be in their lives for a long time.
