Hi,

I'm Lesa. I have 3 years experience as a house manager, 5 years of childcare experience, and 19 years of private cleaning experience. 

While I am no longer accepting housekeeping clients, I am willing to do light housekeeping as part of an house management or family assistant job, including, but not limited to, laundry, dry cleaning, tidying up in preparation for a professional housekeeper, meal prep, organization projects, and other duties as needed. 

I have a well cared for Honda Pilot, insurance, and cleaning driving and background checks.

Lesa has house sit for us several times, even with short notice, and has done a phenomenal job keeping our minds at ease when we are traveling. We have 3 cats and 2 dogs, all who need attention, and Lesa does a great job with them. They seem to have less anxiety and she keeps our anxiety at bay by sending regular pictures and updates. She's awesome, can't recommend her enough.

Lesa is so conscientious. I trust her completely and have loved working with her for the past 4 years! My kids love her too!

I am so thankful for Lesa in my life! I could not be a working mom without her. I found her on care.com 4 years ago, and every year since I have found ways to increase the amount of work we do together. Lesa has provided care for my children (both overnight and regular babysitting) along with weekly household manager services to my family. She is incredibly reliable, communicative, flexible and thorough. 5/5 stars does not do her justice as she's A++.  

Lesa has been incredible to work with, we have employed her consistently for a few years for both house cleaning and child care. She is great with our baby who is 14 months old, always making him smile and sending us updates/pics. Scheduling and communication is great, she is always responsive and on time. 

We have an elderly wiener dog. Lesa is the only person I trust him with. She cares for him like he is one of her own and he loves her dearly as do we all! 

Lesa is amazing. She helps our family tremendously. The quality of cleaning is excellent. Lesa is professional, friendly, flexible and even takes care of my dogs. She is a second mom to the puppies, and they love her. I recommend Lesa to anyone and am confident she will be wonderful.  

Lesa has house/pet sat for us multiple times and I know I can trust her to communicate well and take good care of our fur babies. We have a pet pig as well as a dog and a cat so finding someone comfortable watching our animals had been a challenge. Thank goodness we found Lesa!!! She was eager to learn about our pig, her needs,  and how to care for her. I know that when Lesa is sitting for us I will find the house in the same our better condition than I left it, the animals will get plenty of attention and care, and I will hear about any issues that might come up. I also love that Lesa regularly sends photos of the pets to me when I'm not there.

My favorite day of the week is when Lesa is there. My home is so clean and fresh. Lesa has been working for us for a few months now, and it was the best and easiest decision I have made. She gets extra stars in my book because she plays and shows so much love to our puppy, who LOVES her. She gets all our dog hair up in the house which is AMAZING and the hardest. We love having Lesa and would recommend her to anyone.

I've used Lesa for two years now. She's very easy to work with. I have lots of antiques and expensive things, nothing's every been broken or damaged the entire time. She also likes my cat and does things to help out with her from time to time also. Definitely would use. I've recommended Lesa to neighbors also.

Lesa has worked with us for several months now, and is very reliable and trustworthy. Her attention to detail is outstanding. We have had a hard time finding reliable cleaners in the past, so has been refreshing to find Lesa. We hit the jackpot! She's one in a million!

Lesa has been working with us for several months now and our home has never been cleaner, better smelling or more organized! She comes weekly and I always look forward to coming home after she's been here. Even our little dog loves her! 

We love Lesa!  She always does a wonderful job.  She even goes above and beyond and usually does more than I ask.  Her help has made my and my family's lives a lot easier.  Highly recommend!

She follows directions well and is concerned about doing the best job that she can.  She is an asset to the organization we both work for and I certainly feel fortunate that is she willing to work for me.  Lesa is professional in her dress, demeanor and actions.  She is very willing to learn new tasks and is not afraid to ask questions if she is unsure of what needs to be done.
