My previous babysitting roles inspired me to pursue a career in caregiving, and I've since expanded my knowledge with formal education, including ECE and early child development coursework, as well as First Aid and CPR training. I believe in open communication with parents and will follow your preferred method, whether it's verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone call. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules and promoting a safe and structured environment for children. I did a trial with Leonor and truly enjoyed it. She was very organized and arrived with print outs of her higher education curriculum in childhood development, reference letters, vaccinations, and CPR card. She was very loving with my baby and sang songs and even brought her a book to read. We talked a lot about our families and her grandkids. While we ended up choosing another nanny, it was a really hard decision. She is such a sweet person and any family would be lucky to have her.
