Leondine was great! She was on time, professional, responsive, and friendly. My kids (alas) are not for the faint of heart--especially overtired in a new city and away from their routine. They have a terrible habit of pushing the limits with new people to see what they can get away with (and if they start getting away with stuff then all heck breaks loose). Leondine had no trouble maintaining order and doing so in a way that was friendly and even-tempered enough that the boys could fall asleep. As the boys put it--she wouldn't let them jump on the hotel beds but she did do a good job reading stories and was very fair.
