Leo has been a blessing to our home and our son. I think Leo's best attribute as a care taker is that he is even-keeled. He doesn't get rattled easily, which made our son, and I, feel very safe with him. He is meticulous and plans things very carefully, but understands that children's needs are always in flux and things can change on a dime. He made it so easy for us to trust him with the most important part of our lives. Leo took time to learn where our son was in his development so that he could help him grow. He made healthy meals, always cleaned up, and took his time with E to really build and develop trust. He is caring, kind, considerate, tidy, and easy to communicate with. We are forever grateful.
