About Leona
Hello, I'm married and have an adult daughter. I've lived in the same home in Farmingdale since 1994. In 2000 when I was pregnant with my daughter, my mother came to live with me. She was already ill with COPD, emphysema and was on oxygen, eventually she developed dementia and passed away. I was her primary caregiver for 10 years while simultaneously taking care of my daughter. I found caring for my mother to be very rewarding.
