About Lensa

I am a compassionate and highly motivated health care professional with more than 10 years of experience in providing care for senior citizens. Some of my duties includes assisting with the activities of daily living and personal care. For example, providing personal hygiene assistance and helping them with meal preparation, basic cleaning, etc. Preparing and submitting resident progress reports and collaboration with others are also included skills. I have additional training in a standardized medication administration program that allows me to administer medication to residents. I also have experience working in memory care communities that includes providing special care for individuals living with different stages of Alzheimer's and dementia. Some of the special care includes creating a daily routine that includes different activities to make them feel more comfortable, creating ongoing communication, boosting their self-esteem, and ensuring their safety.
