About Lenore

Hi! My name is Lenore and I am a postpartum doula and nanny working in Sparks.. I completed my doula training in 2018 and have been working as a postpartum doula since then, though my experience with infants and children goes back over 30 years. I am the mother of three daughters and became a grandma to twin girls in August 2020 I have cared for children in many different capacities for my entire life-as a nanny, a teachers aide and most recently as a doula. The transition to parenthood is incredible and also challenging. I am here to support you in navigating this new life stage. From getting more sleep to establishing routines at bedtime, bath time feeding and changing I am committed to making this transition as easy and enjoyable as possible. Nobody is born knowing how to care for a newborn baby. We all need some support and guidance, that is what I offer you. I am also still available for traditional nanny jobs. I love the toddler and early years .
