I have 20 years experience taking care of dementia individuals. I do dr visits, taking clients out to eat, to parks or movies. Spend time with individual sitting outside, taking individual to senior citizens center. I do over night if necessary, I work 12 hours days. I do not work weekends and some holidays. I give 2 weeks notice or more if I'm going to be off.
