Lenka was the best! Such a lovely woman, and my son absolutely loved her! She brought so many goodies and kept him busy all day whilst me and my husband enjoyed skiing! I wish she lived closer! Couldn’t recommend enough. Thank you Lenka!! 

Lenka was possibly the best sitter we've ever had for our twin boys (and we've had quite a few!). She took them on a whole tour of Vail, which they loved and was incredibly responsive and responsible. I would recommend her to anyone and would 100% hire her again on our next visit!

Lenka was amazing with our kids and friends two kids. She came ready with tons of toys, arts and crafts products and a huge smile on her face. She sent us photos and updates throughout the evening and was just overall amazing. Cannot recommend her enough!

Lenka was an amazing caretaker She is incredibly engaging with children, and our girls (3 and 5) felt an immediate connection with her.  She arrived with painting projects and fun toys (a huge plus when you are traveling!) and managed to do bedtime seamlessly with very little direction on our end (the fact that she is a mom herself is a nice bonus!). Our daughters were asking for Lenka the next morning. We will undoubtedly reach out to Lenka to next time we visit Vail. 

She is a true pro and took wonderful care of our 2.5yo son. Very communicative and took him on lots of adventures. I would recommend her to anyone w small children!

I cannot say enough positive things about Lenka! This was our first time using a caretaker while out of town and we were wowed. We hired her to watch our girls (4 and 2) for a date night. She arrived ready to make our girls feel loved and important. She brought painting and new toys for them to play with - both which they loved! She had them in bed no problem and was very communicative throughout the evening. I only wish we couldn’t take her home to KC with us!

This was my first time using Care.com. Being out of state, and leaving your children with a stranger for an evening can be extremely unnerving. Lenka was very communicative and made sure I knew anything I needed to make us feel more comfortable. I was able to tell my kids about Lenka so they felt comfortable when she arrived.  My daughter loves painting and she has an art studio, so this was a perfect match for care. 
I can’t recommend Lenka enough!  She made the evening a great time for my kids. 

It is truly a gift to have Lenka watch our kids! Before this, we had never had a nanny, let alone one that we’ve never met in person, watch our kids. Lenka made us feel very comfortable and confident that she would be a good fit by talking to us on the phone, proving references, and answering all of our questions beforehand. She is watching our two kids (3yd and 9mo) while we are visiting the area and my husband and I are working. They have been on adventures all day, taking the bus up to Beaver Creek, going to the beach and parks and library, and walking all over town. It’s been incredible to know that they are in good hands and having a blast. We hope that we can have Lenka watch the kids every time we visit!

Lenka was amazing! She took care of our 2 boys (2 y and 4 months) for an entire day. She was so thoughtful and well prepared. She brought tons of fun toys and made a day full of activities for them. 

Lenka was so great with my 5 month old, and my friends 10 month old. She was helpful with household chores, great at maintaining the schedules and excellent communication. I’m reluctant to recommend ONLY because I want to keep Lenka as our hidden gem in Vail. 10/10

Lenka took care of our 2 month old  infant during our stay and we felt very comfortable leaving him in her care. She was overall extremely  helpful and knowledgeable. We are looking forward to seeing her again during our next visit. She was always on time and reliable! 

Lenka is absolutely wonderful! She was so sweet with our son, including when he was having trouble sleeping! 

She is incredibly reliable, and has been so wonderful about helping us find other trusted sitters when she hasn’t been personally available. 

She really cares and is absolutely someone we will continue to work with, and feel so lucky to have met!

10/10 Amazing! Lenka helped arrange childcare for our 9 month while we skied in Vail. Lenka herself was unavailable, but she went out of her way to find someone for us. Her nanny ended up watching our little one and she was great with her. Timely and caring and made us feel comfortable.”

Where do I begin?! Lenka is sensational. The first time we had Lenka help us over a year ago, was for an extended period of time and she truly became family. She comes prepared with toys and activities, she’s always on time or early, she jumps right in to work and is so great at keeping us updated throughout the day/evening. Our little girl absolutely loves her. I don’t know what we would do without Lenka! We highly recommend her for any child care need. 

Lenka was amazing!!!  She was very responsive and punctual, even with a snowstorm that day.  She was respectful of any requests too.  I had never left my 8 month old with anyone (while actually leaving the house) and I didn’t plan to this time but I could immediately see she was caring and able to soothe my baby even though he at first felt upset when I walked away.  She was good at taking the initiative to help him (aka if he was cold or hungry).  She was also very good with my 4 year old even when my daughter gave her attitude.  Lenka always stayed patient and kind while managing the situation.  When I left she sent pictures and kept me updated!  I can’t say enough good things about her.  She will certainly be our go to person to help out for occasional sitting needs.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Lenka watched our 15mo old for two full days while in Avon for a ski trip. We hadn’t really left him with new babysitters before, but Lenka immediately put us at ease with her caring, friendly manner. She showed up with a bunch of fun age appropriate toys that kept him entertained and took him outside on adventures. I felt 100% comfortable that he was safe and well cared for with her and would love to have Lenka watch our son again next time we visit!
