About Lena

I'm a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional with experience working with child and seniors. I worked at a memory care facility, where I was a companion and dance instructor. Most recently I work with adults in the ID/DD community. I'm passionate about building meaningful connections, meeting people where they are, and supporting them in ways that help them feel valued, understood, and empowered. I take pride in creating a positive and joyful environment while providing patient, dependable, and person-centered care. My goal is always to bring encouragement, comfort, and genuine connection to the people I support every day.
