Lena can NOT be trusted. I normally don't write reviews, but I want to protect others. Lena got our chain mail scrubber caught in our garbage disposal. Definitely subpar, but understandable. However she didn't tell us about it. Apparently she dislodged it since it wasn't in the garbage disposal after she left. However the garbage disposals overload protector was triggered (so we couldn't turn it on). And of course we noticed our chain mail scrubber was missing many links. Luckily my wife and I were able to fix it after spending over an hour removing approximately 20 + links (many were severely lodged). Then we pressed the reset button and it seems to be working well although it's a little louder than it used to be. Besides this error and the bigger error of trying to hide it. Lena did a fine job. 4/5 overall cleanliness 5/5 stove-top grates - Lena did a FANTASTIC job of cleaning these 5/5 punctuality - arrived promptly right at 7 5/5 hardworking - she worked for 10 hours straight without a break (although she was obviously allowed to) Obviously mistakes happen. But to make this mistake and try to cover it up is unacceptable. I'm really shocked at today's youth and don't even know what else to say besides "Don't hire Lena".
