Providing compassionate care comes naturally to me. My summers spent caring for my grandfather instilled in me a deep sense of responsibility and a genuine love for helping others at a young age. As a Home Health Aide with four years of experience I have high skills in housekeeping, medicine management, ADLS, mobility assistance, Hoyer lift, personal care, meal preparation, and companionship. in addition to that I've Took a 76 hour nurse aid course in college, I am patient, calm, and detail-oriented. I am experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and handling confusion or agitation in my time working with clients who had dementia or Alzheimer's, I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular text or phone updates, and always respect their preferred communication methods. Understanding my client's needs is my top priority. I am committed to providing the best care possible, and I look forward to bringing comfort and support to your family.
