My name is Lelanya. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has spent the majority of my career working with older/disabled adults and their families. I have 20+ years working with the Aging. I have supported the well-being of seniors as my life's work. My graduate education informs my approach, it allows me to provide compassionate, reliable support for your family. I am patient and empathetic, which helps me effectively navigate memory care challenges. I have recently decided to transition my work to caregiving for seniors. I offer comprehensive assistance including mobility support, meal preparation, hospice services (10 + yrs of Hospice experience), and transportation. I prioritize learning your loved one's history and personal preferences to build a genuine connection.
