I'm good with dementia and have a lot of patience. I'm a great tour guide and love taking clients for a ride and out for a bit of fun. I can stay busy with watering a pot on the patio or walking the dog. I don't mind completing the jobs Cinderella leaves unfinished. I pride myself on helping clients remain in their homes but can adapt as situations change. I consider myself kind, smart, and witty with a willing spirit. I've been with Care. com since 07, but theyve recently lost my profile and reviews. I'm rated in the top 5% of caregivers here for many years and have consistently earned 5 stars. I've undergone a background check as well as a drivers check. I have many letters of referral. I'm vaxxed for Covid, pneumonia, seasonal flu, RSV, and Shingles for good measure!

Leitha K. was a great hire for my homebound mother because I could trust her, for starters. I needed someone to be me (devoted daughter), and Leitha came very close. I have hired several caregivers, so I know something about the field, and Leitha’s skills are exceptional. She is compassionate, emotionally intelligent and instinctively knew how to engage and put Mom at ease. Also, Leitha has the confidence and knowledge that comes only after working with the elderly and frail for 20 years. She knows their myriad illnesses and what to try to remedy them. Leitha brings professionalism, but also energy and even playfulness with her every day. Another thing that sets Leitha apart is her high level of executive function. Leitha is smart and thinks on her feet; she analyzes, prioritizes, decides, and multi-tasks with the best of ‘em. I would recommend her services without reservation.
