I am a kind, positive, and dependable caregiver with experience supporting seniors, autistic adults and children, individuals with Down syndrome, Alzheimer's, and dementia. I continue working with these clients today and truly enjoy helping people feel safe, respected, active, and happy. I have experience with companionship, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, exercise support, healthy meals, light housekeeping, and helping clients stay physically active and socially engaged. I am also an IHSS Approved Provider and CPI Certified. Many of my clients live alone and appreciate having someone caring, patient, and uplifting by their side. I have a fitness and nutrition background, CPR and First Aid certification, completed background check, TB test, fingerprint clearance, and reliable transportation. Families are often very happy with my positive energy, patience, and compassionate care.
