About Leilany

Hi there! My name is Leilany but typically go by Lany (law-knee) for short. I am 22 years old with more child-care experience than even I remember. I have worked in many different types of child-care environments throughout my career, including Special Education, Behaviorial Specialist, and Social Work. I am trained in Trauma Based Care, Managing Aggressive Behaviors, and have my CPR and First Aid certifications. I am someone who loves projects, music, arts, and finds meaning in helping with education as well. I am open to weekends and overnights more often than not with proper notice and pride myself in reliability, loyalty, and punctuality. I am a doer by every sense amd get the most gratification by knowing how I can help others. I am severely allergic to cats but great with dogs!
