About Leilany

I worked as a Nursing Assistant and frequently served as a Patient Companion, providing one-on-one support to pediatric patients. I focused on easing anxiety through imaginative storytelling, creative play, and art projects that brought comfort and a sense of normalcy during their hospital stay. This role deepened my patience, empathy, and adaptability while strengthening my passion for working with children. I have a strong background in the arts, including painting, drawing, writing, and sculpting. I incorporate creativity into my work with children by designing project that encourage self-expression and confidence. My passion for the arts was inspired by my mother, a former art director, whose influence taught me the value of creativity as a tool for growth and connection.
