About Leilanna

Making a difference in someone's life is my priority as a caregiver. With two years of experience, I am a Certified Nursing Assistant, trained in CPR and First Aid. I offer home care, help with errands and shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am patient, friendly, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I understand each person is unique, so I take the time to learn their preferences and history. I communicate with families through daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I am currently a first-year student at Kapi'olani Community College majoring in Public Health. Additionally, I have worked in a senior care home for the past two years as a resident care aide/medication aide - primarily memory care. I'm eager to bring my skills and compassion to your family.
