We hired Leilani 10 months ago to help care for my 88 year old father who suffered from advanced dementia. She was so loved by my father. He was a very outgoing man with lots of energy. Leilani became like a granddaughter to him. Her quiet approach and dry sense of humor delighted him. They would play cards and laugh so loudly I could hear them across the home. She was always perceptive to be able to adjust her approach to match his current moods and needs. She was with him to his last breath and I know she will tell you he meant so much to her, but truly this young woman really meant so much to him and the entire family. She was always very dependable and accomplished the tasks of the day with great competence. We wish her the best in her next position and hope she will keep in touch.
