CAREGIVER As support staff, I engage a participant in appropriate activities to teach life skills such as grocery shopping, completing chores, or attending events in the community. Each activity serves educational purposes, socialization, and builds confidence. Household assistance, meal prep, errands, scheduling, and extensive driving may be some additional staff duties. I find joy in cooking, swimming, art, and being outdoors. Trained experience: Communication Regulation Partner (CRP) - Assist nonspeaking individuals to express themselves via letter/keyboards. A CRP supports the speller by managing their physical, verbal, and emotional needs.
