About Leilani

Hi! My name is Lani. I am currently a student studying in Education. I have worked at a paraprofessional for kids with special needs, substitute teach for 2 years, have worked in daycare, and summer camp. I have been studying to be an educator since I joined the Teachers Academy program from my high school. (Class of 2024) I started working with kids since 2022, I would volunteer in different events the elementary schools would ask for help in. I have a passion working with kids, mostly encouraged from caring for my siblings for a long time. I love pets, I have two dogs of my own and have had other pets in the past and I am very comfortable around animals. I love being outdoors, which includes going fishing, being at the beach, walking through the park, etc. I enjoy playing and learning new instruments as well as learning new hobbies.
