About Leilani

Empowering students to reach their full potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. I believe every learner possesses unique strengths, and I focus on building confidence rather than simple memorization. By actively observing how you interact with new material, I tailor my approach using visual aids, hands-on activities, and engaging discussions. When concepts become challenging, I break them into manageable steps and connect lessons to your personal interests to keep momentum high. I prioritize clear communication with parents to ensure we are always working as a collaborative team. There is nothing more rewarding than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a difficult concept finally clicks. With one year of experience supporting elementary and middle school students across various subjects, I am ready to help you succeed. I truly look forward to supporting your educational journey and celebrating your growth every step of the way.
