About Leila

Hi! I'm Leila, a CPR-certified nanny with over three years of experience caring for children of all ages. I'm bilingual in English and Bosnian, and I enjoy bringing elements of both language and culture into the time I spend with kids, whether that's through stories, songs, or simple conversation. Growing up in a traditional Balkan household taught me the value of structure, patience, and family connection all qualities that I bring into my caregiving style. I believe in setting clear boundaries while also making sure children feel seen, heard, and supported. Outside of childcare, I'm also a passionate artist. I love introducing creative activities like painting, crafts, and imaginative play to help kids express themselves and explore the world around them in a fun and meaningful way. Creating a safe, joyful, and balanced environment for kids to grow is something I truly care about, and I'd love to bring that to your family.
