I highly recommend Lei (aka Flora)! She has been working with us, taking care of our baby for 4 months now. She is very experienced and knowledgeable about infant and childcare and is well versed in Montessori methods. She gives great advice as we are first time parents but is also respectful to our parenting ways and preferences. She’s a natural and is very caring and loving to our baby. We were looking for a Mandarin bilingual nanny and she fits the requirement! She is punctual in showing up and flexible with our changing schedules.
