About Leigh

Making a difference in people's lives is why I enjoy being a caregiver. My 5+ years' experience supporting seniors and 11 years supporting people with disabilities has solidified my passion for their well-being and independence. I am a college graduate who is patient, compassionate, and friendly and I respect a care recipient's independence and decision making. I adapt well to changing routines and unexpected challenges. My hobbies include photography, gardening, raising chickens and bees, and vermiculture. I also love being a companion at bingo! Listening to people reminisce about their lives, their accomplishments, and their families brings me joy. I offer local transportation and errands, light housekeeping, medication prompting and/or administration, and meal preparation. I have a full time day job, but I'm available most holidays, all weekday evenings, and some weekends. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I look forward to bringing my skills and caring nature to your family.
