I have worked with children with special needs for more than 17 years. I love what I do and enjoy watching these children accomplish even the smallest gains. I have experience with many different levels and or types of disabilities including ASD, CP, fragile X, behavior disorders feeding tubes etc. Care giving has been my life for many years. My love for children of all ages, especially those with special needs, has been very rewarding for me as well as my family.

I am a Special Education Teacher. Leigh Ann is employed as my paraprofessional at a High School here in Georgia. Leigh Ann is an outstanding caregiver. She always goes above and beyond the call of duty. She helps me with curriculum installation, design, and implementation. She is great at taking care of each individual student s needs. She gives constant positive reinforcement to help the students engage and comprehend the adapted curriculum. As a caregiver there is no one more loving and gentle with students than Leigh Ann. She is one of the most hard working and reliable staff members I have ever been associated with. As an educator here with me she has been highly decorated with many awards from the school including; Outstanding Teacher, Staff Member of the Month (twice), and Outstanding Leader. I could not recommend anyone more than Leigh Ann! She always does even more than what you ask of her. Her qualities are a rare thing to find and I know as long as I teach, she will be my Paraprofessional!
