About Leigha

Nurturing young minds and fostering their development is a true passion of mine. My previous experiences in elementary education as well as babysitting solidified my desire to positively impact children's lives. I am patient, creative, and friendly, and I have two years of experience caring for children aged 0-12+. I am comfortable caring for up to three children at a time. I communicate with parents using their preferred method, including verbal updates and texts. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I am happy to assist with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, crafts, and swimming supervision. I have completed Early Child Development Coursework. I believe my Bachelor's degree in Psychology and experience as a Special Education Paraprofessional make me a qualified caregiver, and I look forward to creating a fun and enriching environment for your children!
