Leidys is wonderful and will surely become a part of your family in no time. She's caring and very proactive with my 5-month old. She focuses on motor skills by providing ample floor time / tummy time and language development by reading to him, talking to him all day and singing. She is very organized, structured and responsible. Once she is provided with clear instructions she will execute those tasks flawlessly and will be proactive to ensure everything is taken care of. She is communicative and keeps us up to date with everything that goes on throughout the day, which is very helpful as full time working parents, to be aware of any irregularities in our baby's behavior. Ultimately, what we love about Leidys is that she genuinely cares about our son and enjoys the work she does very much. You will be very pleased with her work! If it wasn't for the fact that we are moving to another state Leidys would still be working with us.
